It lets your app look up official UK public records through one simple connection, instead of learning each government system separately. Today that means company details from Companies House, house sale prices from HM Land Registry, food hygiene ratings and MOT history. HMRC is in testing only. GovBridge is made by Yug Solutions and is independent of government.
Is GovBridge available to use yet?
Yes. Anyone can sign up at govbridge.co.uk and get 500 free credits. It’s a developer preview, so HMRC is test-only and there’s no uptime guarantee yet: great for trying ideas and non-critical work, not yet for anything your business can’t do without. Up to five teams can also join a guided pilot with the founder; ask on the GovBridge page.

Where is my data stored?
This website is hosted on Vercel and only uses Google Analytics if you say yes to cookies, so don’t assume all website data stays in the UK. GovBridge has its own hosting arrangements, which you should check before relying on it for real work. Our Trust & Security and Privacy pages have the details.
